Inspection
Inspection at every stage
Inspections under defined procedures, from raw material to finished product and delivery.
Raw material
Hot-rolled steel coils in grades and thicknesses suited to the product; steel to EN 10025 for DISTRIMAT poles.
Welding
Automatic longitudinal submerged-arc welding, continuously monitored by camera.
Before galvanising
Check of the steel’s suitability for galvanising.
Hot-dip galvanising
To ISO 1461; for DISTRIMAT poles, more than 70 µm of zinc inside and outside.
Powder coating
Polyester or epoxy powder on an automated line, cured at about 200 °C.
Finished product and delivery
Finished product inspection; each product is individually identified and tracked to site.

Each product is individually identified so it can be routed, tracked and traced to site.
Our certificates and quality documents are not published online. Our team sends them on request, for your technical file or tender.
