A reinforced fixed crown of 4 m diameter has been developed to support a large number of projectors (up to 30 mounted and suspended projectors), or very large projectors. This crown can only be mounted on high masts.
CIRCULAR SLEEPERS
• Circular Crosspiece – 100, 1500 or 2000 mm

for top masts 60,76,89,101 and 106
The fixed crowns can be mounted on most masts (head Ø between 89 and 258 mm), from functional masts to large lighting masts, for 360° lighting.
PLATFORM
Large steel masts equipment
For high masts with a number of projectors ranging from 4 to 24, it is necessary to have a platform for the maintenance of the projectors. This platform is attached to the back of the mast independently of the crossbeams by means of clamps.
MAINTENANCE GATEWAY
Large steel masts equipment
For high masts with a number of projectors ranging from 4 to 24, a platform is required for the maintenance of the projectors. This platform is fixed independently of the crossbars, at the rear of the mast, by means of clamps
AERIAL BUCKET
Large steel masts equipment
For high masts with a number of projectors ranging from 4 to 24, it is necessary to have a platform for the maintenance of the projectors. This platform is attached to the back of the mast independently of the crossbeams by means of clamps.
ACCESS
The masts can be equipped with an access system to carry out the maintenance of the projectors. This system is composed of a rung and a life line (cable and its fall arrestor).
SCALES
26 mm wide anti-slip rungs, in accordance with the NF EN ISO 14 1424 standard Staggered installation every 300 mm from a height of 3 m (anti-vandalism).
RESTING LEVEL
The rest bearing is mechanically fixed by screws or clamps on the mast at maximum every 6 m. It consists of two folding steps that rest on the mast to allow the operator to pass.
FALL PREVENTION SYSTEM
(according to EN 353-1)
• High anchorage point of the fall arrest system welded to the mast in compliance with the NF EN 795 standard.
• Stainless steel cable Ø 8 mm with thimbled loop and CE marked carabiner.
• Deflection limiter placed every 10 m maximum to keep the cable at a distance and avoid it slamming on the mast.
• Cable attached to the low anchor point welded to the mast with a tensioner and a compensation spring.
• Optional fall arrest harness with energy dissipator.
LADDER SUPPORT
Plates fixed on the low anchor point of the lifeline allowing the installation of a ladder on the mast and the access to the first rungs.
PROTECTION
PROTECTION IN TUBE Ø 60
Options :
– Fixations on plates
– Powder coated paint
